We are seeking an excellent project manager who can co-produce with partners and those with lived experience of disability to achieve positive outcomes for people in Gloucestershire. The role includes some direct line management responsibility.

Job Purpose

The role will initially be managing two mental health focussed projects:

Community Mental Health Transformation: One of the primary functions of this role will be to ensure that people with lived experience of SMI are engaging with the programme to best affect, having a strategic input into the programme and hold the programme to account on coproduction and involvement of people with lived experience. MHELO (Mental Health Experience Led Opportunities) is a network for people with lived experience of mental health issues.  It is member led and runs engagement activities, consultation sessions and events to ensure that people with lived experience of mental ill health have a voice and influence local strategy and policy. Hours and Pay

Hours:                        8 per week, ideally over 2 days


Contract:                    Permanent subject to funding


Pension:                    IG operates the NEST pension scheme and will contribute 3% subject to qualifying status


Salary:                        £27,905 full time equivalent, pro rata


Location:                    2 St Michaels Court, St Michaels Square, Gloucester, GL1 1JB


Holiday:                    28 days + bank holidays pro rata
