Meet our Trustees
Our board of trustees consist of a mix of full and co-opted trustees
Sarah (Chair)
Hello, I am Sarah and I joined the board of trustees in January 2022. I am sight-impaired and I have been living with Long Covid since 2020. I am really pleased to be a trustee with Inclusion Gloucestershire as I understand the importance of removing disabling barriers to try to enable everyone to live a fulfilling life.
During my working career, I had a range of jobs including working in publishing for many years. Now I combine working as an artist with freelance work and a number of voluntary roles. Away from work I enjoy walking, gardening at my allotment, travelling and spending time with my husband and two daughters.
Andrew ( Deputy Chair)
Andrew Cotterill, involved with Inclusion Gloucestershire since early 2019.
Previous to this I have been a trustee for Carers Gloucestershire and the South Cotswolds RSPCA.
I was diagnosed autistic a small number of years ago and found this beneficial for enabling me to further understand about myself and better understand strategies that are useful to me to overcome barriers.
My working career was in GCHQ as a research technologist originally and carrying out a variety of organisational leadership roles including involvement in various change programme management activities and also led research and business change organisations.
I bring in my own experience of:
- Autism and knowledge of the various neurodevelopment disorders
- Experience as a trustee from a range of charities
- A variety of skills of the running of large organisation and change work
I currently co-chair the Gloucestershire Autism partnership board.
I really appreciate the inclusive nature of Inclusion Gloucestershire and the passion within of all those who contribute in enabling fulfilling lives for the range of people who have impairments who face disabling barriers.
Outside volunteering as a trustee I enjoy a very eclectic range of interests such as archery, climbing, walking in the countryside, table tennis, running, travel, nature photography, developments in science and technology, music et cetera!
Amy
Hello, I’m Amy and I am delighted to be appointed as a Trustee with Inclusion Gloucestershire. I bring experience of working in a variety of different roles within the NHS, as well as my own lived experience.
My biggest driving factor is ensuring everyone’s voice is heard, particularly those who are identified by a protected characteristic and often under-represented.
I have a BSc degree in Food with Nutrition and I am extremely passionate about preventative healthcare. I am a proud LGBT+ advocate.
Ellie
Hi, I’m Ellie! My journey with Inclusion Gloucestershire started back in 2020 when I joined the Training & Development Team. I was so inspired by the organisation’s inclusive approach and its commitment to placing ‘experts by experience’ at the heart of everything it does, that despite leaving my role in 2023, I came back to volunteer as a trustee in 2025.
As someone with lived experience of neurodivergence, I love exploring different ways of thinking and communicating. My background is in non-profit marketing, with a particular focus on building strong supporter journeys, and I’m excited to use these skills to support Inclusion Gloucestershire.
Outside of my role as a trustee, you’ll likely find me on the football pitch or squash court, out on a long walk, or making music; I even have a Master’s degree in it!
Greg (Co-opted)
Hi, I’m Greg and joined the board in January 2022. I have lived experience of autism, severe learning disability and have had other labels over the years!
I’ve experienced care and support in a wide range of settings since the 1970’s. I’ve also contributed to the Oliver McGowan training.
My favourite things at the moment are drawing, music, people, walks, cafes and pubs. I am also a huge fan of the original Mary Poppins film!
Josh
Hi I’m Josh,
I became an Inclusion Gloucestershire Trustee in February 2025. One of the things that I love about Inclusion Gloucestershire is that it is a user-led organisation guided by the principal ‘nothing about us without us’.
I bring various lived and learned experience to the role. I am AuDHD (autistic and ADHD) and I enjoy working with others to make Gloucestershire a better place for neurodivergent people. I have worked for various charities over the years in Uganda and the UK. My experience includes working in communications, youth work, managing a radio station, support work, and involvement and participation and learning manager roles.
Outside of volunteering as a Trustee, I am a dad of four children and love spending time with family. I also love music, especially R&B music.
Matt
I’m Matt Coldrey and I was drawn to Inclusion Gloucestershire because of its commitment to placing lived experience at the centre of everything it does.
As a trustee, I bring both my professional expertise and lived experience. I am neurodivergent, have ADHD, and have experienced discrimination in the past, which strongly informs my commitment to inclusive practice that is ethical, reflective, and shaped by the voices of those most affected. Alongside this, I work with organisations across education, sport, and the public sector to support inclusive policy, practice, and culture.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing hockey, cycling, walking the dog, and gardening. I am also the proud father of an amazing little girl.
Roger
Hi, I’m Roger and I’m delighted to be back with Inclusion Gloucestershire, I have previously been co-chair of trustees, Chief Executive Officer and also strategic advisor to Vicci when she first took up the role of CEO. It’s really pleasing to see how this wonderful organisation has flourished under her leadership. I’m enjoying getting to know the current team, seeing some old faces and meeting new ones.
My background is in policing and safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and I currently work part time for Gloucestershire NHS Integrated Care Board in the field of learning disabilities and autism.
I like to travel, watch football and walk my two dogs. I love spending time with my children and grandchildren.
Rosie
Hi, I’m Rosie and I joined the Board in January 2022.
I am a learning disabilities nurse and have varied experience working in health and social care including previous employment at Inclusion Gloucester and working on the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Learning Disabilities and Autism. I have lived experience, neurodivergent and disabled family members and am committed to the principles of “Nothing about us without us” and social inclusion. I’m proud to be a trustee alongside my brother Greg.
