Creative Mindfulness
Our new Creative Mindfulness course focuses on improving mental wellbeing through drama.
Sessions combine mindfulness techniques and drama exercises to develop relaxation, reflection, self-expression and connection to yourself and others.
You will learn skills and techniques which you can continue to use in your daily life to promote and nurture your mental wellbeing.
We are currently taking bookings for this course to be delivered in residential care settings.
