Summary of the Role:
Inclusion Gloucestershire is a respected user-led disabled people’s organisation and registered charity, run by disabled people for disabled people.
We deliver a range of diverse projects, all user-led and all with the aim to provide a voice and improve the lives of disabled people. We are seeking someone with excellent coordination, people and co-production skills who can support us to deliver our Health Research project. Co-production will be an integral part of your work, and you will be working alongside individuals with lived experience of disabling barriers.

This project involves working in partnership with the Applied Research Collaborative or ARC West to enable greater involvement of disabled people in health and social care research. The Health Research Coordinator will support and line manage two Health Research Project Workers with lived experience of disability.
Job Purpose
To coordinate the Health Research project, with the aim of amplifying the voice of disabled people in research, supporting the Health Research Project workers to gather insights and influence researchers through our partnership with ARC West.
Hours and Pay
Hours: 5 hours per week fixed term until 31st July 2027
Contract: Fixed Term.
Pension: IG operates the NEST pension scheme and will contribute 3% subject to qualifying status.
Salary: £16.08 per hour.
Locations: Railway House, Bruton Way, Gloucester, GL1 1DG and offsite at locations across and occasionally outside of Gloucestershire. There is the opportunity to work flexibly from home when not engaged in onsite visits.
Holiday: 28 days + Bank Holidays (pro rata)
